Federal St. Louis is seen in this photograph passing upbound in the Welland Canal
on April 14th, 1991, as she was approaching the Homer bridge and lock 3. She only sailed under this name
for the 1991 season. She was formerly Selkirk Settler and became
Federal Fraser.
