The Cartiercliffe Hall is seen in this photograph arriving at Thunder Bay on June 6, 1979.
The previous morning she had suffered a major fire that gutted the entire accomodations cabin while she was about
10 miles off Copper Harbor, Michigan. She was enroute from Duluth to Port Cartier with corn however she was towed
to Thunder Bay for inspection by the Doan Transport where her cargo was also off loaded into the Beavercliffe Hall.
