The retired United States Steel steamer B.F. Affleck is seen in this photograph
lying at the International Marine Salvage scrapyard in the Welland Canal's outer harbour at Port
Colborne during the morning hours of October 25th, 1987. The former Cleveland Cliffs steamer
William P. Snyder Jr. can be seen at her stern with scrapping well underway.
