The 1943-built self-unloader George A. Sloan is seen in these photographs sailing upbound in the Welland Canal
during the morning hours of April 29th, 1992. At the time they were taken she was sailing southbound in the canal
south of lock 3 in St. Catharines and she was approaching the Glendale bridge between locks 3 and 4.
